Order Policy:

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, customers will receive an email confirmation with order details.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Return Policy:

  • No Returns: Generally, we do not accept returns for items purchased through ShipLear.
  • Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Products:
    • If an item is damaged upon arrival or if the wrong product is sent, customers may initiate a return.
    • To qualify for a return, customers must provide clear evidence, including:
      • Photos: Images of the damaged item or incorrect product.
      • Videos: Short video clips showing the condition of the item.
  • Return Process:
    • Customers must contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • Provide the required photos/videos along with the order number and a brief description of the issue.
    • Upon approval, further instructions will be provided for returning the item.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
